BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Remains a Top Employer for Women

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina once again has earned a spot on Forbes’ list of America’s best employers for women.

“Our inclusion on the 2023 list is a great testament to the culture at BlueCross,” said BlueCross President and CEO Michael J. Mizeur. “We are committed to cultivating an environment where all employees can grow their careers.”

BlueCross makes sure all staff have equal access to career growth and on-the-job learning. Programs like Women in the Workplace and the Aspiring Leaders program connect employees across a variety of departments with company leaders.
